A Workshop called “ Rolling Stocks and Rail System Vehicles” organised by TÜLOMSAŞ and Eskişehir Osmangazi University has been held.

Hayri AVCI, TÜLOMSAŞ General Director, Hasan GÖNEN, Chancellor of Osmangazi University, Emin KAHYA, Dean of Engineering Faculty and Kenan Işık, President of Rail System Cluster have taken part as speakers at the Workshop held at TÜLOMSAŞ.

The target is to develop new projects for the problems in manufacturing rolling stocks and to put the solutions into the practice for the problems in the scope of training cooperation between TÜLOMSAŞ and Eskişehir Osmangazi University. As a result of the mentioned cooperation, a common working atmosphere, a common consideration and a common action will be obtained so that there will be value added.

 Hayri AVCI, TÜLOMSAŞ General Director says at the opening speech

 “Improving our knowledge, learning the new techniques and applying them can only be achieved with the knowledge disciplined and gained by means of scientific methods. This means that since we are targeting to manufacture high speed train, we are to reach the high speed culture as well. We have to have the differences in manufacturing high speed train on acquiring knowledge, using knowledge and finalising knowledge.

 We are demanding to work with our universities and become an organization learning knowledge. Let TÜLOMSAŞ be your second home and study and work together.”

 Hasan GÖNEN, Chancellor of Osmangazi University says that

 “There is enough energy here. The important is to convert this energy into potential yield. We do have every ingredient to cook meal. We have to be aware of the hidden knowledge of  TÜLOMSAŞ.”
